Ryan calling it QUITS!

Some were predicting that. He can't even win his own state in this atmosphere.

He'll cash in, like all the other 'retiring' Republicans who delivered tax cuts to wealthy donors.

Look for him to land a nice 'consulting' job.

Tom Dashchle, Dick Gebhardt, Harry Waxman and George Miller - among others - say hi

(this isn't saying Republicans don't go into lobbying because they do. just spare me that this is some partisan thing)

Why do Rumppers hate Ryan?

He pushed the tax bill through.
He pushed for the TrumpCare.
He has tried to hold back criticism.
He basically kissed Rump's ass.

Why do they hate him?

Paul Ryan is a lefty now? In your view are there any actual righty's in Congress? (Do you think Donald Trump is a righty?)

The Republicans blew it in 2014 midterms when they did not follow through. 2014 was a landslide victory for them, but the shit bags turned out to be traitors after I wasted my votes on them. They put me in a bad place, since I wasn't going to ever vote Democrat, and would no longer be able to vote Republican. Luckily, Trump came along and stole the Republican platform back for us. Shit bags like Mitch and Paul still occupy the Republican platform that was taken back by Trump and the majority of the electoral college, but I am anxious to see our platform purged of those shitbag Rino commies.

I guess I'm still not following what makes Ryan a lefty. What do/did you envision him doing that he didn't?

The Republican party became the ReTrumplican party, and left Paul Ryan in the dust.

I would not run if I were him, He sees the handwriting on the wall.

So this is IT? :rofl2: The Republicans are done! The Party of the Jackass is going to start winning any day now! :rofl2:

He is a deep state lying commie traitor. He is a lefty who has been occupying a righty seat, get him the fuck out of there.

Yeah, I guess there are lots of people like you...so far right you've ceased thinking at all.

I can only hope that our Republic can survive the likes of you and your ilk. I think it can...and appreciate that you and Donald Trump are doing your best to show what a pile of dung the far right has become.

I do acknowledge your side might win. Humanity will be much the lesser for it if that happens.

It seems to me a disproportionate number of Republicans are abandoning ship. The result will be a Republican loss of the advantage of incumbency in those seats.

I'm trying to get the big picture here.

a) Is it merely the usual attrition rate? Or is the exit disproportionately clogged w/ GOP?

b) Why are they leaving? Frustration over the uber-partisan political climate? Dissatisfaction with the azimuth of the Republican party (a loss of core values)? A finger in the eye to Trump? Or is it a more deliberate collective effort on the impromptu retirees to tilt advantage to Democrats? To help restrain President Trump?

Ryan never grew up. He stayed a Libertarian all his life. That is what highschoolers and college freshmen buy into. Adults grow out of it,.

Trumps dad died young and the public safety net saved his family and made it possible for him to go to college. His family was involved in making roads in Wisconsin. He has been a recipient of tax money for his whole life.

I guess people do not know that Social Security helps support families when the bread winner dies. Ryan lived his life off tax money.

SMH. First off Ryan isn't a Libertarian. Second to acknowledge the financial difficulties of our entitlement programs is not saying one wants to end them. Sticking your head in the ground and ignoring what's right in front of our face, like you are doing, is not growing up.

It's much easier for a politician to continue to lie about the plight of our entitlement programs. It takes a grown up to speak truth about economic reality.

There is a huge group of Americans, large enough to win the electoral college, and these guys who are leaving are not aligned with us. We don't like them, and neither do Democrats. I think they are realizing this, and they can see the writing on the wall.

This is ironic coming from a lunatic who stupidly believes the Russians helped Trump get elected.

I can only hope that our Republic can survive the likes of you and your ilk. I think it can...

It will survive and thrive even after all the obstructionism Democrats are engaging in and efforts by the FAKE media and Deep State to impugn this Presidency and disenfranchise half the country.

But with all that, whiny brain dead liberals like you will still find something stupid to emotionally erupt about.

What is it that Congress isn't doing that you want them to?
