My insurance company gave me a reduction in my insurance rates when I put deadbolt locks on the doors. Are you saying no houses have been broken into since people started doing that?

I've had my LOCKED car broken into while sitting on PRIVATE PROPERTY and the thief took things that didn't belong to HIM/HER. All sorts of laws are in place saying they shouldn't do that. Why didn't those criminals pay attention to those laws?
