You can't blame Trump for lawyering up since Mueller is going beyond scope and looking at things like money laundering. Trump is under attack by the Deep State which is now allied with the Democrats.

He is everything they admire and strive to be in their own lives.

I asked you what the consequences would be for the DEMOCRATIC PARTY because you said that you hoped they would take my advice.

Again, how do you put THE ENTIRE PARTY in prison??

If not that, then what other consequences might they suffer?

His State of the Union Address has already been long forgotten within a week because of Trump's inability to let the Russian issue fade, his ego is his biggest weakness

what you are missing is it will be released. Just because the Repubs voted to release it doesn't mean it's not full of sources and methods .WH says Trump inclined to release, but needs redactions..

None of it will change anything as the Grassley letter superceeds both memos (in scope)-but there you go

Journalists are not required to reveal their sources even if they know who their sources are. Anyone can put a copy of a memo on a thumb drive and mail it to someone else.

Would be illegal and open up a whole new can of issues, not worth it, just denying its release is big enough, now the issue will drag on for months, and the GOP wanted to end these charades in December

Sure, that's easy, the FBI knew the Nunes's memo implied a lot employing cherry picked segments out of context that portrayed the FBI in a negative light, they were concerned with their reputation suffering due to overt partisan politics
