Breaking: FBI has 'grave concerns' about accuracy of GOP memo

(CNN)The FBI issued a rare public warning on Wednesday that a controversial Republican memo omits key information that could impact its veracity.

"With regard to the House Intelligence Committee's memorandum, the FBI was provided a limited opportunity to review this memo the day before the committee voted to release it," the agency said in a statement. "As expressed during our initial review, we have grave concerns about material omissions of fact that fundamentally impact the memo's accuracy."

Some Justice Department officials had concerns about publicly expressing continued opposition to releasing the memo, according multiple officials. The FBI went ahead and issued the statement anyway. President Donald Trump had already been angered by the letter that the Justice Department sent to the House Intelligence Committee warning the release would be "extraordinarily reckless."

The FBI warning was the latest evidence of law enforcement and intelligence agencies raising concerns about the potential public release of a memo composed by the staff of Republican Congressman Devin Nunes of California.

Ooopppsss

Unless the FBI is part of the House they haven’t read the memo lol.

Oops.

his second document, like the first, is highly controversial. For starters, its author is Cody Shearer — a political activist with strong ties to the Clinton administration in the 1990s. He has no experience in intelligence, which makes his involvement with a document that could reflect badly on Trump look suspiciously partisan.

Things get murkier. Christopher Steele, the ex-British intelligence officer who authored the first dossier, gave the new “Shearer memo” to the FBI in October 2016. Apparently, he received Shearer’s work from an unidentified American contact and handed it over to authorities in an effort to give the FBI more evidence for its investigation. Steele noted that he couldn’t vouch for the claims in the second dossier, however.

But the fact that the FBI is continuing to assess the document, as one unnamed source told the Guardian, may indicate that there’s something there worth taking seriously.
Both memos claim the Russians compromised Trump during his 2013 visit to Moscow when he allegedly engaged in lurid activity with prostitutes. :rofl2::rofl2:

^ "second dossier" :palm:

Ooopppsss

Deepstate scum insulating itself regarding their coup attempt, what does it omit? Precisely what is inaccurate?

This is what Wray had to say (Bloomerg):

"FBI Director Christopher Wray has reportedly warned the White House against releasing the classified GOP House Intelligence Committee memo, saying that some of the information in the document is inaccurate.

A source familiar with the situation informed Bloomberg that Wray told the White House that the memo "paints a false narrative."

Then it's very simple, release the memo and show us what is inaccurate. Deepstate running scared.

HA HA

Wray looked at it over the weekend and expressed no concern -
in fact he pressured McCabe to take "terminal leave" after reading it.

This is the FBI scared shithole-less their Deep State shenanigans are finally going to be exposed.
Hopefully we can go after the unmasking abuses too.

Retard#2 chimes in.

Conservatives aren’t going to like this.

There’s a second Trump-Russia dossier

https://www.vox.com/world/2018/1/30/16951490/trump-russia-dossier-cody-shearer-memo-nunes

Second Trump-Russia dossier being assessed by FBI
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2018/jan/30/trump-russia-collusion-fbi-cody-shearer-memo

And it sounds just as credible as the DNC funded and FSB provided pissgate dossier:

The second memo was written by Cody Shearer, a controversial political activist and former journalist who was close to the Clinton White House in the 1990s.

Bwahahahahaha!

I'm pretty sure that shouting at the stupid doesn't make them smarter. lol

And what are these material omissions you laughable cunt? Ya let's take the FBI which did everything they could to prevent the release and who are the subjects of the investigation at face value, brilliant!

2nd dossier is still claiming PissGate ( whores peeing on Trump) is valid..

I want them to release all the information. I think it’s stomach that they are only releasing what they see as beneficial to them selves.

well jarod, a couple of things:

schiff wont let the house view his chicken scratch memo. He wants them to vote on classified information sight unseen. that's pretty stupid, don't you think?

Also there is one republican congressmen apparently that was allowed to see it and they've claimed it actually BOLSTERS the nunes memo.

So I agree, everything should be released.
