I’ll have to ask Owl, but the test they gave him was for dementia and Alzheimer's, and not for mental illness. He could still have some of that, but he’ll never be convinced to go for that type of examination.

Correct; he was given a mini exam used to quickly determine if someone is in the early stages of dementia, when outward appearances aren't a clue. It does not look for things like mental illnesses like depression, bipolar disorder, narcissism, schizophrenia, etc.

"The MoCA test is a one-page 30-point test administered in approximately 10 minutes. The test and administration instructions are available for clinicians online. The test is available in 55 languages and dialects. There are alternate forms designed for use in longitudinal settings. There is also a basic form to test illiterate subjects or those with lower education.
In this clock drawing task, the subject is asked to draw a clock with the hours and showing the time 2:30. Successive results show a deterioration of pattern processing ability in a subject as they progress from mild cognitive impairment (MCI) to severe Alzheimer's disease (AD).

The MoCA assesses several cognitive domains:

The short-term memory recall task (5 points) involves two learning trials of five nouns and delayed recall after approximately 5 minutes.
Visuospatial abilities are assessed using a clock-drawing task (3 points) and a three-dimensional cube copy (1 point).
Multiple aspects of executive functions are assessed using an alternation task adapted from the trail-making B task (1 point), a phonemic fluency task (1 point), and a two-item verbal abstraction task (2 points).
Attention, concentration, and working memory are evaluated using a sustained attention task (target detection using tapping; 1 point), a serial subtraction task (3 points), and digits forward and backward (1 point each).
Language is assessed using a three-item confrontation naming task with low-familiarity animals (lion, camel, rhinoceros; 3 points), repetition of two syntactically complex sentences (2 points), and the aforementioned fluency task.
Finally, orientation to time and place is evaluated by asking the subject for the date and the city in which the test is occurring (6 points)."

What's she blabbing about taking?

One of those fad OTC herbally things that are supposed to "cure" the flu.

Here you go:
"Oscillococcinum's active ingredient is Anas barbariae hepatis et cordis extractum 200CK, made from the heart and liver of wild duck and is diluted repeatedly until essentially no molecules of duck heart or liver are found in the actual pill. It is thought that because wildfowl are a natural resorvoir for influenza and nucleic and phosphoric compounds in the pill resemble influenza, that the combination contribute to antiviral activity, but the exact mechansim of action is not well described. "

and

"Oscillococcinum (or Oscillo[1][2]) is a homeopathic preparation marketed to relieve influenza-like symptoms. It does not provide any benefit beyond that of sugar pills. It is a popular preparation, particularly in France. It is manufactured by Boiron, its sole manufacturer. Oscillococcinum is used in more than 50 countries and has been in production for over 65 years.

The preparation is derived from duck liver and heart, diluted to 200C—a ratio of one part duck offal to 10400 parts water.[3] Homeopaths claim that the molecules leave an "imprint" in the dilution that causes a healing effect on the body, although there is no evidence that supports this mechanism or efficacy beyond placebo.[4][5][6]

Oscillococcinum was originally proposed by the French physician Joseph Roy, based on his misidentification of an oscillating bacterium he named oscillococcus in victims of the Spanish flu epidemic of 1917-1918. Roy said he had seen the same bacterium in cancer sufferers, and proposed a homeopathic preparation (which he claimed to have isolated in a duck) as a remedy for the Spanish flu. The microbes Roy said he saw have never been independently observed by any other researcher. In addition, it is now known that influenza is caused by a virus and not a bacterium."

It's always wise to beware when some crackpot tries to sell you snake oil. ;~)

I'm all for herbal remedies, such as wood betony, oregano oil, aloe vera, black walnut hull, cleavers, etc, but that sounds purely fucked up

It works. That's all that matters....the "career nurse" (LOLOLOLO) also probably hates Airborne...that works, as well...so much for Florence NotatOwl...

"Gertherism".

Chuck Todd compares Trump's 6'3', 237 pound egg-shaped physique to NFL players who are in the same range - 6'3, 240 pounds - and asks the question if you think Trump's doctors just might be fudging Trump's weight numbers, you might be a 'Girther'

Muscle is denser than fat. But given you have little mass between the old ears, I am guessing you aren't intelligent enough to know this. Trump by appearance lacks muscle mass. That is why the BMI is a dumb tool to use. Two people of similar height and weight, yet one can be in excellent health and the other severely obese. Yet by BMI they are both 'obese'

You can get relief of symptoms from many "natural" and/or herbal substances, but that one is pretty useless. The cost per pill is fairly high.... $1.00/each and up depending on where you get it. Homeopathy in general is pretty much quakery. At least the shit is harmless so if the fake teacher wants to put on a fake doctor's lab coat and prescribe, at least she won't kill anyone. lol

LOL...well, we've all seen my credentials thanks to Fowl. Let's see her post hers...:)
Get the Oscillococcinum and the Airborne, people. Pay no attention to the wikinurse;)

Trump is healthy, sounds like he’s in great health for his age. He’s overweight, but everything else sounds hunky dory.

I don't believe Trump's weight is 239 pounds?!! Trump is a lard ass and lives on a mickey d's diet too!

Remember, Trump's doctor is a military officer and more than likely sugar coated Trump's physical results.
