Why do you think this is the only charge?
 
You dont plead guilty on the same day you are charged, unless you have a deal with the Prosecutor set up ahead of time.

If you don't believe me, look into it.

you are assuming this is a plea out right?

Yet there is no evidence it is - like I said it's what put martha Stewart in jail.

it could be a plea out,or it could be Mueller is doing this to insure Flynn pays up and gets his scalp.

I don't know which -but i'm not the one jumping the gun -you are.

I realize you all desperately want it to be more....

What do you mean by "a plea out right"?

So, you are suggesting Flynn was allowed to plea guilty to one count of lying to the F.B.I, when the indictment charges three separate instances, because Muller "wants a scalp".

That is particularly wishful.
 
A national security advisor having communication with the Russian Ambassador and lying to the FBI about it is extraordinary.

sure you do..you avoid the trial, and take the deal.

I'm sure Mueller could charge him further- like not registering as a foreign agent,
but that does not mean Mueller is flipping him either.
it looks like a standard plea out so far. time will tell

Never happens. Why would Muller lay off him, if he was not flipping him?

Thats not how it happens...

A non-flipping deal goes like this...

The charge is first.
The first appearance happens.
Terms are negotiated.
The plea happens.

This is classic Federal Prosecutor flipping, its why the White House is scared to death.

i didn't see the indictments

are you saying there were 3 charges of lying? all the same counts?

Then it most DEFINATELY looks like a plea out of a trial on 3 counts -by pleading guilty to one!

I have no idea what the greater charge is—-or even if there is one lol. I’ll leave that speculation to the enthusiasts.

I do know that Mueller better do better than this, or Flynn won’t be the only one left with zero credibility.
 
Just on the face of the indictment.... which outlines three lies to the F.B.I., Mueller could have charged Flynn with three counts.

Flynn only charged him with ONE COUNT! Classic for a flip.

Whats wrong with this? Its obvious that Flynn has flipped and given serious info to the prosecutors.

Additionally, if it were a plea without a flip, the prosecutor would have made a recommendation today... why suspend sentencing?

Ill tell you why... to make sure Flynn lives up to his side!
