2 different topics.
It's too bad you don't even try to understand the Deep State's un-Constitutional power grabs.
Tillerson is extremely knowlegable, and a natural diplomat with his worldwide business experience.
He's been to North Korea and got the Chinese to up sanctions - which is really hurting NK.
You couldn't ask for a better Sec or one more capable.
( unlike the meddling of Clinton in Syria.and the Libya war she was most responsible for).
Clinton even fucked up the Russian reset!! She was the absolute pits.
Anyone is better then that warmonger, but Tillerson has real talent.
++
I routinely criticize Trump's language and political strategies - but i completely support his agenda:
Tax reform
Judges that rely on textualism
re-negotiating trade
general economic nationalism
And he did a very good job in conveying battlefield autonomy to commanders in the field in Syria
Too bad Trump didn't get a chance for his Russian reset;the one time he met Putin he got a lasting cease fire in Syria
Guess you're right about Tillerson not being on par with the 'modern' model for S of State....to pinheads, thatNope, Tillerson is out of his league. Third rate at best. A man who knows how to sell oil, but not a geopolitical player on the world stage. Not even on a par with the modern model for a Secretry of State.
Hillary had 6 years and Obama had 8.....things with NK only go worse over that entire time.....Unfortunately his great skills are limited by the beast he serves...... It is quite obvious things w/ NK are not better, hell, a blind man can see it......

Yes, as it continues under your herO........
just like everything else, the ABA has become politicized.
Not really. I would certainly agree though that at the local level it *is* polarized -- to the conservative side. How do I know this? My brother-in-law is an attorney; last month he was sworn in at the U.S. SCt. to be able to argue in front of the Justices. He has served as an administrative law judge himself, as a law clerk for two Missouri SCt justices, and as of-counsel to the Missouri Supreme Court. His stories of how one's political POV must be hidden if one is not a conservative, in that state, are sad and outrageous. I'm sure that it's no different in other states that have a majority of conservative pols and judges.
Yet there was never a time anyone thought you were reasonable. You fucking moron.

would be Hillary....the criminal that couldn't name even one accomplishment ....
No....Tillerson is actually honest and has ethics, unlike Hillary Clinton.
She set the bar so low that Forrest Gump would be an improvement....and Tillerson is far far better
than Forrest or Hillary.....
uh, owl?......that would be a factor in the Missouri state bar association, not the ABA.......you have a brother in law who is an attorney.....call him right now and ask him instead of posting shit you are ignorant of......just like everything else, the ABA has become politicized.

No need; I've heard him bitching about the political climate in the law world for years.
yes there is.....If you think he's complaining the ABA is too conservative, you've either heard him wrong or he's a communist......No need; I've heard him bitching about the political climate in the law world for years.
"Trump has now nominated 50 would-be judges to openings on Circuit Courts of Appeal and district benches, all of whom appear to have been vetted by conservative legal commissars like the Federalist Society and the Heritage Foundation. Most of them will probably be confirmed on strict or near party-line votes in the Judiciary Committee and the full Senate"
Trump will have done one good thing in his presidency
This sure is not it.
For me it is
