He immediately got caught in two fabrications, attempted to pimp General Kelly to deflect the attention, who then also got caught in a fabrication, and today the last thing anyone thinks about is the death of the American soldier killed in action
Had the President admitted he might have been a bit insensitive in the phone call, apologizes, moves on, and today we'd be talking tax reform

I shudder to think how you were raised, and what values you were taught, but a real man, any normal decent human being would call this widow back and apologize.
I don't think our Orange Fat Ass intentionally tried to upset this lady. He probably was giving it his best shot. But Trump just isn't an empathetic human being; he does not have a good bedside manner. You know that, I know that, everyone knows that.
What is important is that he upset this widow, I presume unintentionally, by using the wrong tone, the wrong phrasing, the overall context of his speech patterns. Or simply by not displaying any genuine empathy. Which would be classic Trump. It doesn't matter what you feel, or I feel. The lady was made more upset by Trump. A normal man, any decent person, might think about calling her back and taking a shot at making things right. At this point in her life, her feelings are way more important than your feelings, or Trump's feelings.
