We've got a couple of restaurants here that make no secret of their political views, both very right wing. They stay busy with that type of clientele. Not a bad marketing move if that's what they want.

Which restaurants are those, I know your neck of the woods, and I’ve never seen politics on displays in any restaurants in this city. I’m in AK now, I can visit them and report back.

Yep...in certain regions, businesses can pull this off. Of course, they might want to consider that they could increase revenue by at least 25% of they'd just shut up.
 
sorry, I'm not buying the entire premise......I expect the business was about to fold in the first place and the guy came up with this as a ploy for publicity......
