Balber also suggested that Goldstone "probably exaggerated and maybe willfully contorted the facts for the purpose of making the meeting interesting to the Trump people."

Goldstone declined to comment for this story.

The interesting thing is why Mueller would even bother looking at this. The worst case scenario for Team Trump is that Trump drafted Juniors initial response to it---and it was misleading.

Granted, Junior was lied to by Goldstone and was led to believe the meeting would be about Hillary but if the goal is proving Russian collusion, a misleading statement about a meeting that literally amounted to nothing, is pretty thin gruel.

Do you really think that if they indict Manafort for something that happened five years ago you can claim that as some sort of victory? They have been investigating this shit for almost a year and a half and have come up with NOTHING on Trump. Fucking nothing. All you have is your hopes and dreams.

So far we have heard this call word "collusion".
Which is a very serious accusation not to have even one shred of detail to back it up with.

I am convinced that the FBI needs to be obliterated from the top down. Fire everyone and start over. It has been infiltrated by bad actors intent on bringing this country down from within just like the muslime brotherhood called for in the 90s

collusion is the basis for the Special Council. If this was any other investigation,it would stop there instead of

The whole thing stinks. I think Trump realizes they have nothing which is why he doesn't even talk about it much anymore. He knows they have nothing. Remember when Michael Flynn was supposed to be the golden boy that would take Trump down?

Poor GayRod and Thingy have all their hopes and dreams tied up in Mueller. Why they rise up against the machine when Mueller gets some shitty little indictment for a process crime and that is it?
 
at the end of the day they will come up with some obscure financial thing which most rich people will be guilty of and call it a win.

Mueller could easily bring an Obstruction charge (even if not called for)
-he alone has the power to bring down a presidency -that's how dangerous this set up is for the country

The Fake News Piss Dossier is the juicy slab of prime rib amongst the Nothing Burgers.

A fake document that originated *with Russians* via an intermediary in Christopher Steele. Lordy, imagine if the tables were turned and anyone even tangentially associated with Trump *had actually gotten dirt against Hillary from Russians*.

Trump would be gone by now.

But the FBI refuses to release documents related to its origin and/or their possible role in it and the media doesn't want to talk about it.
