The Vegas killer had been perscribed Xanax for an aniety disorder on June 21 of this year, he filled that perscription that same day.

His FAA liscence was not active because he had failed to attain a medical clearance.

With that perscription he would not have been able to have it reinstated.


We won't let him fly a plane, but will allow him to buy 30 high powered rifles convertible to what he used to kill 59 people, in 10 min's, from 32 stories up and at least a block away!

What is your point? We bar anyone from getting an anxiolytic from buying guns?

Also is flying an airplane a Constitutional right enshrined in the Constitution
 
If an individual on a terrorist watch list, one who can't even get on plane, can legally purchase a weapon why not this guy, hell, is there anyone who can't buy a weapon, better yet, with the millions of guns out there, is there anyone who can't obtain a gun?

Here we go with the "Constitutional right" thing again, it reflects the conservatives total lack of understanding of the Constitution, once again, NO RIGHT IS ABSOLUTE, guns can be Constitutionally regulated

Our nation regulates EVERY DANGEROUS INSTRUMENTALITY except guns.

Perhaps, but I do think that the majority of gun nuts and gun defenders really think that any measure regarding guns violates what they think is their Second Amendment rights, it is the bs lime the NRA sells them
 
We do not impose any meaningful regulations on guns, but they are simply fly specking to try to avoid the truth.


Common of people who know they are wrong, but dont want to give up the ghost.
