What was the shooter's party affiliation?

He was clearly a member of a European Conservative party - one of the American Hard Left. He became a Muslim because American Christianity was too vicious for him, as it is for most people .

It is not relevant what his politics are, there are crazy people subscribing to both sides.

It does matter if his politics motivated the crime.

I guess it could, But it does not seem to be the case here.

If he was simply registered to one party or the other his politics don't matter. Even if his ideas were tied to one party or another and he was trying to further them, I don't necessarily think his political ideology is the issue, but how he chose to further them.

I wonder if anyone sees the absurdity here.

If he was a right-wing guy, he's just a crazy - a total nutjob, and it probably isn't related to gun control or anything political.

If he's on the left, or if he really was an ISIS operative, stop the presses! Now we really have something. And if it's the latter, we should step up the ban on Muslims.

No - it was the extraordinary way you encouraged it that matters. Stop doing it!

What? You make no sense. I "encouraged" what? Be direct and provide some evidence of my "extraordinary encouragement". You made a direct and deliberate personal accusation. Tell me what I "encouraged" in some "extraordinary way" and what exact "extraordinary way" that I've acted to encourage such a thing.

Well, it is directly an element in a specific crime. If he committed the crime to further a social or political agenda he is quite literally a terrorist and that does change some things in how this is handled and how the government will react.

I suppose if there was a real affiliation & others were involved. But I just see him as crazy.

So far I agree. I see no evidence of such an agenda. It's extraordinary how much motivation seems to be lacking, giving more evidence that this guy was just batcrap dangerous crazy. I truly feel for his family, the amazing amount of personal guilt they will likely feel for something they had no way to predict or stop.

The msm has expressed its disgust for all those right-wing, gun-totin', cracker country hillbillies of various nationalities and races at the concert. Why would a conservative target them specifically?

If he was alt left it would make more sense.

If the guy had ISIS sympathies, he wouldn't care what kind of concert it was, he was ready to shoot any large group of people like fish in a barrel.

If he was apolitical, then he was avenging some sort of demons we haven't discovered yet.

No party affiliation? No motive? That doesn't seem to bode well for white males.

How do we separate the good ones from the bad ones?

I guess we should be cautious of them all...........just saying.
