As usual the real story comes out

None that I've seen. Has to be at least one truck, I suppose, since he can haul enough to supply a city of 60,00 people.

It's around 160 miles round trip on the most direct route. But I don't know if that's clear.

They have an airport, so it's strange that no flights are supplying at least part of the supplies.

I do know there is a driver shortage in San Juan, which is the reason they can't move the container trailers out as quickly as they'd like.

Those have to be pulled by a tractor. They are 18-wheeler trailers. Smaller load are getting out in truck convoys, but they are too small to last a community long, and many roads in the interior are still blocked by debris and mudslides.

Maybe Domer thinks Trump should have planned for all that and been able to get everything running normally already. I have a feeling that even if the relief workers achieve a miraculous result in a short amount of time, hatred for Trump will prevent giving them any credit.

I doubt very much that he's taking back enough supplies for all 60,00 people; plus if he's driving to where the supplies are, why aren't there more vehicles coming with him or even just a couple of vehicles?
Unless his vehicle was the ONLY ONE, out of a city of 60,000, that escaped being damaged!

:dunno:

Posters who are making the argument that Trump "really cares" about Puerto Rico have to realize that they're making the same bogus argument they made about the Nazis - "He condemned them...what more to you want?"

He doesn't really care about the Nazis, and he doesn't really care about PR. These things are obvious to anyone not under his spell.

And man - that "it's in the ocean" comment was one for the ages. Great to see SNL ridicule that last night.
Do you ever shut up, where is your off button?

You idiots think the mayor, all by her lonesome, is halting the delivery of supplies. What a bunch of delusional fucktards.

You morons claim there are thousands upon thousands of military and FEMA people there. What the fuck are THEY doing, because supplies are still on the dicks.

Wow, this is beyond priceless!! Gomer has the mother of all Freudian slips.

What the fuck are THEY doing, because supplies are still on the dicks.

LOL.....yes they were going withdrawals, scrambling and getting the shakes from lack of whining opportunities.

The silence from the media and anti-Trump left [nearly a redundancy] during the first two hurricanes was telling. The Trump administration was on top of both of them to the utter frustration of the left. To add insult to injury, the country was treated to a constant stream of images of Deplorables rescuing people, even people of color[lol!] with their fishing boats and pleasure craft.

It was standing the whole media narrative on its head and they probably couldn't wait till it was over lol.

But along comes Maria which utterly devastated PR. It was obvious from the start there were going to be glitches given the magnitude of it. All the media needed to do was find a few individuals who were disappointed with the federal government response and they could hang a Katrina on Trump.

Finally, lol.

Their problem is any fair-minded individuals are going to realize the magnitude of destruction left in Maria's wake would require FEMA to perform daily miracles to keep literally everyone from going without essentials. Moreover, it's clear that the local government and the driver's Union was part of the problem.

At any rate, if it were a democrat in the WH the media would be going on about how no other administration in history had to contend with three major hurricanes in its first year at the helm. I don't think any other president has had three major hurricanes in two full terms. And they would be overlooking the glitches and giving accolades to the democrat in the WH.

But this is Donald J. Trump in the WH.

The media bias is so blatantly obvious you'd have to be blind not to see it. The left is losing on this and they don't even realize it.

Another bot, all you do is sing Trump praises while his failures are glaringly obvious.

You think those are excuses, femboi? An excuse is a justification for a failure to perform a promised task, isn't it?

If I (or anyone else) had said the military could do it "immediately, which was ten days ago", or specified a deadline by which "it" could be done, you'd have a point.

Since nobody did, you don't.

You lose again.

Now, let's see you prove the military could have done "it" immediately - ten days ago, after you define what "it" is.

Don't forget to document your claims, loser. :rofl2:

Yep. That's EXACTLY what they are. Excuses.

Can't happen "immediately". lol. Another couple of weeks, huh? Then, "immediately" will have passed. Hilarious. Tell us exactly when "immediately" is done, idiot. Then, some action can be taken.

What you still aren't doing is showing me "an interview with two FEMA people".

If you think it's a "disaster" for a guy to drive four hours a day to get all the supplies his people need, that's hilarious.

Inconvenient? Sure? Annoying? Yes. Puzzling? Definitely. "Disaster"? :rofl2:

I noticed that you didn't say why FEMA isn't running a delivery service from San Juan to the other end of the island. Is that because you don't know, or because you do know, and don't want to tell me what it is?

Sorry, shitweasel. I'm not going through the internet to find the clip of two feckless FEMA agents finally walking into a town. Keep whining about it, though.

What I DID provide are two worse scenarios. ZERO FEMA response. Go ahead and bitch about those, apologist.

Delivery service? Yeah, cocksucker. It's called "distribution".

You truly are the dumbest asshole on the Forum. How do you even make it through the day?

The road must be passable between San Juan and Aguadilla, which is at the other end of the island, since the mayor is able to drive the round trip to get all the supplies his city needs.

What Domer won't (or can't) explain is why FEMA can't deliver the supplies to Aguadilla themselves.

I'm telling you they are not. As an apologist for their lack of ability to do so, you tell us.

Trump SHOULD have planned??? Priceless!

Obviously, he DIDN'T.

A feckless, useless POS that you continue to defend. Pathetic lemming.

Have you ever heard of airdrops? The military, time and again, has managed those in places all over the world. But Trump can't arrange that for our own citizens.
My husband said they were lifesaving when he was a soldier in Dak To. People discount them, but they do work.

Obviously. So, you lose, femboi. No proof, no truth.

I make it through the day by schooling losers like you on JPP. You just got schooled again, loser. :rofl2:
