Nothing burger indictment!

indictment!

The New York Times is reporting that Paul Manafort has been told to expect an indictment. I would not call the indictment of your campaign manager to be a nothing burger!

Get back to me if it happens, Citizen Jarod.

The NYT also predicted a Hillary win, didn't they?

I doubt the New York Times predicted a Hillary win, but they could have, she did win the popular vote. They are not predicting a Manafort indictment, they are only reporting that Paul Manafort has been told to expect an indictment.

Apparently, according to intrepid and trustworthy rightwing bloggers, Trump barely even knew Manafort.

Yet he hired him to manage his campaign? Since he barely knew him I wonder if it was the Russians who suggested Manafort?

It looks like there's nothing burger will result in at least two indictments Paul Manafort and Mike Flynn! I would not call that a nothing burger!

I doubt the New York Times predicted a Hillary win

Oh, really?

Nazi party members getting indicted, awesome. :)

Maybe you forgot that Mueller subpoenaed the Podesta Group recently for information on Manafort's work for Hillary's State Department - when she colluded with Ukrainians.

The Podesta Group filed paperwork with the Justice Department today acknowledging that its work years ago for a European nonprofit benefited the same Ukrainian political party once advised by Paul Manafort, who later ran Donald Trump’s presidential campaign.

Manafort’s work in Ukraine played a role in his ouster last August from Trump’s campaign. At the time, The Associated Press reported that Manafort, working for pro-Russian Ukrainian politician Viktor Yanukovych, secretly supervised the lobbying campaign funneled through a Brussels think tank.

Emails show that Manafort and his deputy, Rick Gates, directed the work of the Podesta Group and another lobbying firm, Mercury.

Podesta Group CEO Kimberly Fritts said in a statement that the firm relied on assurances from the think tank, the European Centre for Modern Ukraine, that it was not controlled or financed by a foreign government or political party. Based on that information, the firm disclosed its work to Congress rather than to the Justice Department.

Last November, the Podesta Group updated its disclosures about lobbying work for India after contacts between its chairman, Tony Podesta, and his brother, Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta, surfaced in the latter’s hacked emails.

The Podesta Group received more than $1.2 million from the European Centre for a Modern Ukraine for its work from 2012 to 2014, according to the new disclosures. The Podesta Group’s work included meetings with State Department officials Tom Nides and Jake Sullivan.

Do you understand what a prediction is? Do you understand that a 15% chance can happen?? Do you understand that one and a half times out of 10 a 15% chance happened?

NYT predictions were genuinely very bad. 538 was better, they were the most accurate of anyone who wasn't a pundit just predicting their sides victory.

I quote:

The Upshot’s elections model suggests that Hillary Clinton is favored to win the presidency, based on the latest state and national polls. A victory by Mr. Trump remains possible: Mrs. Clinton’s chance of losing is about the same as the probability that an N.F.L. kicker misses a 37-yard field goal.

For months, we’ve been updating our estimates with each new poll. Today, it’s Election Day..
