i predict a frenzy of hate from the left

i have 100% confidence in my prediction

President Donald Trump will travel to Texas on Tuesday to survey the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey, as more rain is forecast to fall and much of the area around Houston remains flooded.

The White House announced the trip Sunday, and the quick move will pose a logistical challenge following the historic levels of flooding. Trump has been engaged with disaster relief efforts, tweeting about the storm and overseeing the federal government's response.

"The president will travel to Texas on Tuesday," White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told reporters. "We are coordinating logistics with state and local officials, and once details are finalized, we will let you know."

"We continue to keep all of those affected in our thoughts and prayers," she added.

Trump will not visit Houston, a city hammed by the storm, during his trip, according to Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R.).

First Lady Melania Trump will join the president on the trip, according to a White House aide.

The storm's landing point was evacuated and little rescues.

The local Houston area was not evacuated, the local powers that be underestimated the rain and flooding.

Flooding in the Dickerson area was sudden and had not happened since the 70's. It was considered low risk by local authorities.

The downtown areas were evacuated as were the Bayou areas and the coast.

Trump is tweeting stupid stuff, he gets the ridicule he deserves.

why do you taker serfs need to be told exactly when to leave by the government and have your hand held? Can you literally make any decision regarding your life without checking with what the government has said first? You have a cat-4 hurricane coming at you, how about you serfs use your brains?

It's so sad how you want to be a willing slave and controlled in this way.

he listened to Democrat sylvester the tweety pie

but he will still blame trump :rofl2:

hahaha what an idiot. Another wonderful example of natural selection. A cat-4 hurricane barreling down on you, you stay put. It's like a deer in headlights.

"waaaaah I only do what the government tells me to do, I guess that's why I am sitting on top of my SUV in the middle of a highway river... I wonder where my life went wrong... if only I could have made my own decisions! God damn drumpf!"

When I was 6-7 years old we had hurricane bob coming up to massachusetts. I literally was 6 or 7 and it was me that suggested to my parents maybe we should take off for a couple of days. We went deep up into the New Hampshire mountains to visit my grandmother and have a good time. When we got back we had multiple trees over our yard, there was some pretty massive damage. It was literally my idea that got my parents thinking. I didn't need the government to tell me what to do during a massive hurricane and I was in fucking kindergarden. That's the difference between a FREE individual and a serf.

Maybe there is something to the fact of having noble blood. My family hisotry decesnds from scottish nobility. I'm not a cooper or a smith, some people have barrel making in their history, natural born button pushers. I am a son of the ruling class. A descendent of kings. Perhaps I take for granted my rugged individualism and my ability to lead, even from a young age. I am a noble, a leader, a ruler. And then there are the rest of you, the serfs, the willing peasants, the dirty masses, that need to be told what to do for every aspect of your life.

Hurricane Bob was a puff of wind. I do happen to agree with you though that people need to look out for themselves, not rely on government to see you through a calamity. Remember, it was the government that told everyone to wrap their houses in duct tape and plastic.....

Hurricane Bob was one of the costliest hurricanes in New England history.

That said, the story is less about the actual hurricane and more about my almost divine ability to lead from an early age. I am noble and sometimes I forget that. I think that's why some of these things just come so naturally to me. I don't know what it's like to be a scared trembling serf, always looking to someone else to tell me what to do even when it concerns matters of life and death. The concept is just so foreign to me.

It's nice to see people have confidence. But the above is 100% at odds with being a Trump supporter and defender, as you are.

He says jump, and you say how high. I guess some nobility was like that, but only the obsequious kind.

I am not a trump supporter and I don't support him on everthing. I don't support him on afghanistan right now nor do I support his protectionist policies. That's just off the top of my head.

You are so biased you see anything other than total disavowing of trump as being a loyal supporter.

300 years ago my family would have banished you to the mines for your insolence. You are very lucky to be alive in the time you are now.

As far as hurricanes go, it was nothing more than a hen fart. Average winds of 67 knots, a few gust to 77. Minor. Nothing more than a storm at sea (which is where I was during that). Could have been much worse. Cost is not always associated with severity of a storm mind you. Too many rich folks on the coast inflate the damage estimates.

The mantra of the left is now that you are a Nazi if you aren't rioting in the streets over Trump.

They also call you a troll using the same ludicrous logic.

They are unhinged.

Liberalism is cancer.

Bob left extensive damage throughout New England in its wake, totaling approximately $1.5 billion (1991 USD, $2.64 billion 2017 USD). This made it one of the costliest United States hurricanes at the time; as of 2013, it ranked thirty-second in the category. In addition, seventeen fatalities were reported in association with Bob. The loss of life and most of the damage occurred as a result of high winds and rough seas. There were six confirmed tornadoes during its passage.

rich people are people too sailor!
