I don't know if she was standing on the Challenger or standing in the street in front of it. But a blob if hit would probably fall down and get run over. So it is more likely that she was on the hood of the Challenger, then it accelerated forward.

I know I mentioned this earlier, but the green-shirted woman was on the hood of Fields' moving car, when Fields rear-ended that gray car, the abrupt stop caused the woman to be propelled forward over the top of the gray car landing on its hood. This can best be seen if you click pause and then manually click your way through the incident second by second.

You better look real hard; because when a car hits you in the knee or upper leg, you're either going to fall in the direction the car is going or end up falling on the hood of the car that hit you.
There is no way that someone can be hit by a car and fly over that car, unless the car is going exceptionally fast and then it would cartwheel over the car; but the legs would either be broken in multiple places or amputated.

His momentum took him forward, in the same direction the car was traveling.
If you watch the video, she was launched over the gray car after being hit. I stopped it several times when I saw her appear on the roof of the car... then backed it up and watched it basically frame by frame... Dude hit her, launched her over the gray car, she was on the roof when the gray car was pushed to hit the other car in front of it where she fell onto the hood....

Which is probably what may have occurred; because if you're on anything and it comes to an abrupt stop, your individual inertia is going to continue to propel you in the direction you were going.
This is proven by watching a video of a motorcycle crash, that T-bones a car.
The Motorcycle stops; but the driver continues forward.
She was riding on the hood of Fields' car and you'll see in the vid how the sudden stop launches her up and over the top of the gray car with the black top.

He hit her about 10 to 20 feet before hitting the gray car, she fell to his hood, he hit the gray car, she was launched from his hood to the roof of the gray car, the gray car then strikes the SUV as it was pushed into it causing her to fall forward onto the hood of the gray car.
