I didn't see anything controversial in the video, I sensed Tiger didn't really want to talk about racism, it was kind of forced out there by the interviewer, Seems Tiger had a pretty good lets move on with it head on his shoulders on the subject even at such a young age.
Tiger was one of the greatest golfers of all times and very few people looked at him for anything other than that, as far as golf fans go. I'm sure there were some backwoods rednecks that hated him because of his color but who cares.

It is a shame however, race aside that he had to expose his human weaknesses on such a large stage. Comes with the territory I suppose but no one I know of wished him harm based on his race.
Some thought he was a schmuck for cheating on his wife in such a despicable fashion. But let he who is without sin cast the first stone. Which is none of us.

For the good of the game I hope he returns with a vengeance, but it doesn't look good, his body is broken.

Think he played any growing up here? OP claims it's slave states and too my knowledge CA isn't considered a slave state.
