Trump infrastructure plan- US roads for sale and we pay!

The idea that Trump's cronies put in 20 cents we put in 80 and then they own 100% of what we paid for and then they charge tolls to all of us who paid for it is total Trumpean Bullshit.
 
I love it. It's paid for by user fees -not taxes. The upkeep is paid by user fees too.

I work from home and I don't have to pay for roads. One very big reason Florida has no state income tax.

it works fine. Of course we have lot's of tourists to shake down , but the concept is sound.

Some states give preferred lanes -whatever. Pay as you go.

That video was so short of facts I am a laughing.

That said, he promised this and he better get working on it. If he actually put his mind to it, I think he would do a better job than Obama did with his stimulus plan. Trump does know construction and he could do wonders by spending money on infrastructure vs more money for the military.

You missed the fucking point, nitwit. Your argument is shit because tolls are to repay. THe alleged plan is we pay 80 percent, Trump developer cronies take title and charge us a toll for what we paid for anyway.

we use tolls for road building too.
WTF do I care if an airport is corporately owned? Is it up to date and repair? is all I care.

Since our DEBT is now $20t and climbing -it's not like we have a lot of choices -get it done
