Prediction for Georgia Race?

I predict that no matter who wins, each side will try to spin a win or loss in their favor.

If the Republican loses, the democrat party members on JPP will claim that it is a prelude to 2018

If the Republican wins, the democrat party members on JPP will claim that it doesn't matter and it was a Republican district that they should have won anyway.

I will suspend thread ban for this thread except the crap flooding Deshtard

No prediction from me, I don't care.
But if I was from there I'd be a little pissed at all the outside money coming in. I'd fell like they were trying to carpetbag my area.
Same shit happened with our senate race a few yrs. back when outside money was supporting the incumbent Mark "boy" Begich. It backfired and a guy, Dan Sullivan from Ohio who ran as an Alaskan because he was married to one, won.
Oh, and Sullivan is doing a very nice job, BTY.

It's already happened this year, outside money flooded into an area trying to defeat a republican, Dems will stoop to anything, they are so angry that dignity, right from wrong has left their vernacular

Well if I were the republican I'd definitely use that in my ads along with non flattering photos of Pelosi (wait, all photos of her are non flattering). It worked great for Sullivan against Begich. And Begich was a born and raised Alaskan. In fact his father was in Congress representing AK.
 
It all seems very odd because liberals are always decrying "money in politics" yet they are flooding all sorts of money into this race as they really want to try to make it a referendum on Trump.

As always leftists miss the story right in front of them. They see polls showing declining support for the GOP and interpret it as Trump bringing them down. It is what they want to believe, but these polls never dig any further than the top line. If they asked WHY they disapprove, many would say the fuckers aren't living up to their promises. They are feckless pussies and McCunttell and Ryan are the worst

sure......the district stays Republican, demmycrats claim victory for coming in second.......something like $4b spent on the election so television, radio and newspapers get a tremendous boost in revenue.......

I really believe some of them would rather lose and be in the minority than have to actually govern.

Being in the minority was easy for them, they made money. They said all the right things. Then they wake up and realize that their voters actually believed what they said and want them to act on it. They will be punished, but as usual DC will take the wrong lessons from it. They will read it as a repudiation of Trump and not a repudiation of the lack of action on the part of the GOP.

This whole thing of "we can't do anything because of the Trump controversies" is just a convenient excuse for fecklessness.

Prediction for Georgia Race?

Yes. No matter who wins the peach crop will still be still be grown, harvested and enjoyed. Peaches have no political affiliation.
 
The Republican will win and the Democrats will make the case that they made a ruby red district competitive

Only real observers that matter will be those up for reelection in 2018, regardless of the win, do they see it as an affirmation that backing the President is a positive or will it get them in trouble
