Assassination attempt on representatives

I've been saying this for a couple of years. We're going to see a lot more of this. People are starving, worrying about health insurance, and unable to find quality jobs. Meanwhile, Congress has health insurance/pension for life, countless back room bribes from lobbyists, and nothing better to do with their time but to assure corporations are in charge of the country. Nothing gets done, as we all sit and wait.

Each and every legislator needs to fear for their lives. I don't want to see anyone killed, but I think we need to see more actions like this.


Our elected officials are entirely too comfortable.

If you are fearing for you life, you are being held accountable for something. It is not rocket science.

But being held accountable and "fearing for your job" is totally different then "fearing for your life" and you know it.

They do not vote themselves into office. Dumb Americans do that for them. Then keep re-electing them.

That's part of the game. Citizens United made it possible for foreign entities to select our govt. officials.

It's time they feared for their lives. Maybe they'll actually DO something. In Feb. '14, the House announced that nothing meaningful would get done for the rest of the year.

That has to change.

Of course I don't cheer anyone getting hurt like that Republican asshole who probably blocked any legislation keeping guys like this from getting a gun. I merely stated that this has been a long time coming, and have said so on these boards.
