Ford paid living wages so its employees could live comfortably and could afford his cars. ......but then, the right wing started demonizing him......and the rest is history.

What's lacking here is a basic understanding of economics and how markets work. We can't pay everybody $25/hr who works and then expect goods made in America to be affordable to them. It doesn't work like that. There's nothing right wing about that, that's a strawman.
