How do you know that?

None of this makes sense. Why would Comey give his memos to someone/anyone if he thought they were so important? And if he did give them up, why doesn't he at least have copies? His office doesn't have a copy machine lol?

The dude is shady, imo.

Comey stated he had turned them over to Mueller, he told the committe he had no
problem with them obtaining copies from Richmond. People often give others documents for safe keeping, it isn't shady it's for protection.

Can you cite where Comey said he turned them over to Mueller? I have not read that anywhere. Comey testified to turning them over to his buddy to leak to the NY Times. He said nothing about turning them over to Mueller. That would have been a significant fact to mention during his testimony dontcha think?

This whole thing stinks.

Comey admitted under oath that he leaked the memos in order to get an SP appointed. And the SP turns out to be one of Mueller's buddies.

What the frick. Mueller either needs to recuse himself or Senate republicans should move to call the whole thing off.

I found a link that claimed in the headlines that Mueller had seen the memos but the text merely said ....

google shows nothing that says Comey GAVE the memo to Mueller, from his testimony or otherwise......
 
Comey has lost all credibility, so let's remember that moving forward, anything he says has to be take n with the possibility he is simply telling stories to hear himself talk.

The Democrats would do best to call this whole thing off while can.

he's a political operative. leaking the memo is of questionable legality ( Fed'l Records Act)-
but I recall him saying he turned them over to Mueller

The FBI most likely has the original which Mueller either has now, or has copies. Mueller went to FBI for full briefing before Comey's testimony.
