Yes...especially given that we're attached at the shoulder. Any land attack (which would never happen) would also affect Canada, which basically makes us default partners in any war against the U.S.

This action is more symbolic, and a jab at the idiot in the White House. Canada just joined the rest of the world in mocking the orange buffoon.

Actually, Bernie and even Hillary got it wrong on TPP. The agreement may not have been perfect, but dropping TPP is simply ceding the playing-field to China. With America out of the loop, China will write the rules.

Given that we were never in TPP, I don't think we 'dropped' anything. There was a lot of insane legislation in that mess giving corporations even more rule over us.
