Hillary had her chance, a couple of times.

She really blew it this time around. Tried to run out the clock, and had no coherent message. And now we all have to deal w/ the consequences.

not once in the entire campaign did she give people a reason to vote FOR her. It was all about being against trump. That can only get so far. At the end of the day, you need to inspire people to vote FOR something.

I have never voted for a clinton, so I've been done for a while w/ the clintons.........

Joe is certainly cocky enough, but he needs to be smart enough.... He has a rep, & Vs trump it would most certainly get real ugly, real fast...
 
Whoever is going to end up front and center for the Dems in 2020 is not yet in the public eye.

Trump is setting the table for the "big issues" in '18 and '20. While I agree w/ his decision on Paris, most Americans are also environmentally conscious - that will be a big issue, but not as big as healthcare, which is likely to dominate the next 2 elections.

Those really favor Democrats, and hardly restrict women in terms of viability.

Healthcare has dominated the last two elections too. It's one of the reasons the Dems can't win.

Obama campaigned on universal healthcare & won in large part based on that. Most Americans now expect universal healthcare - Trump won in part because he promised to cover every single American, with better healthcare & at less cost.

His plan doesn't do that, so it will be in issue in the upcoming elections.
