If nothing else pans out from the investigation, and it is highly unlikely that it won't, the obstruction of justice charge is all that is needed, racist.
Nixon could have considered fighting the other articles of impeachment, but the obstruction charge was the one that, many say, caused him to resign.
His lawyers advised him to not try to fight it.

What is central to the charge will be, why did Trump fire Comey?
In the Holt interview Trump admitted that the Russian probe as conducted by Comey was on his mind as he decided to fire him.
In the oval office meeting with the Russians he flat out assured them that by firing Comey he believed that the investigation into his Russian collusion had ended.
If one were illustrating an abuse of power case that resulted in criminal obstruction of justice, you could not make up a clearer scenario.

Put simply...in deference to you, Mueller will be investigating Flynn.

Charges come as a result of investigations. Not the other way around, racist.
Mueller will be investigating every avenue of criminal activity that the evidence takes him, and there is no way that he can avoid the WaPo bombshell delivered today..
His assignment is remarkably broad.
Yesterday Graham told the press that the investigation will more likely be criminal in nature and not just national security concerns.
 
Essentially the equivalent of Hillary saying, "After that meeting on the tarmac, we have no worries."
