Comey gave her a pass because he didn't want to be responsible for taking out the Democrat candidate during the election. He left that to the voters. Dunmbass liberals here will say it's because she's innocent, but that's just typical partisan nonsense.

I just want one of them to explain how it isn't a crime for classified information being on the laptop of a pedophile without clearance to receive said classified information.

I mean usually, the crowd of Thingy, GayRod and Zipperhead are at the head of the pack in defending Her Thighness. I double checked and I don't have any thread bans in effect, so one must wonder

Comey said it was a crime, but he would not prosecute Clinton because he could not prove intent. No, this isn't a logical stand, but that was his stand nevertheless.

Comey turned jurisprudence on its head with his testimony. He basically said short of an email from Hillary to a staffer saying "I am using the server to avoid FOIA" he couldn't prove intent. That flies in the face of any sort of logic and is a dangerous precedent.

I agree totally that what he did was dangerous.

And, if it was a Republican the media would be riding this guy out of Washington on rails. It's the same reasoning why liberals won't respond to his thread. It's all about partisanship; logic, facts, truth or the constitution are meaningless.

Now I am sure that people will hang their collective hats on the fact that the FBI didn't prosecute as if that completely absolves the act.

So I ask the question, does a lack of prosecution mean that Clinton, Abedin and Weiner acted appropriately and legally?

They are really struggling with how to defend this. Hillary always asked Huma to print classified material out because she didn't want to handle it the right way. But of course since there is no email from Hillary to Hummer saying "I am doing this to avoid FOIA" Comey thinks there isn't intent.
