Holy fuck you are a truly dense sod. That equation is for simple climate forcing ffs. Those ranges are only there because of the attempt by the IPCC to ramp up the fear by introducing positive feedbacks. There is no empirical evidence to suggest that water vapour is intrinsically positive it may well be neutral or even negative. The only "evidence​" comes from climate models and they have all pretty much consistently grossly exaggerated warming.
