Trump decides to skip White House press dinner

I'm hearing that no 'left leaning' celebrities would participate in the festivities. trump probably didn't want to suffer another embarrassment like the one at his inaugural parties. Now that he won't be there, I hope the talent will line up to poke fun at the coward.

Who the fuck are you kidding? You selling this 'garden variety' horseshit will garner exactly how many more THIS time? You recruting for retards, or will mentally ill criminals help your diversity?

You put a 2017 spin on it and think you have a new fucking message, and that THIS time its going to work! Step aside. Your turn is over and all the tucking whining and bitching aside isn't doing much but demonstrating your complete inability to stay abreast and fucking aware of the majority of middle America and how nuclear pissed off we are.

Fucked up elitist Middle Americans. They think Hollywood and big celebrities, state officials, VIP's actually value and respect them, when they couldn't tie their shoes without your allegiance and support.

Up in your head with bowlshit and you keep asking for a spoon.

Eat up.

I wonder if he has dyslexia. Or maybe needs reading glasses but is too conceited to wear them.
I might have mentioned that here. I believe he's too vain to wear glasses. He might have dyslexia too, as poor vision would not account for his extremely limited vocabulary.

The last time her opponent, John Marino, ran in this district, in 2014, he lost by just 2 points. Hansen’s 58-42 percent victory over Marino on Saturday ensured that Democrats will maintain control of the state Senate. It also notched a big Donald Trump-era win for a new generation of Democratic activists shocked into action by the November election.

“We turned back that win from Washington and made sure it won’t hit Delaware,” Hansen said in her victory speech Saturday night.

While Hansen’s campaign was focused on local issues, she saw a huge swell of support after nationwide Women’s March protests on Jan. 21. Protesters, many of them out in the streets for the first time, have been turning their energy toward local and state politics. The first major election since the uprising was Delaware’s.

Hansen’s campaign received huge support. More than 1,000 volunteers worked during the course of the campaign, and about 500 ― many from nearby states ― showed up Saturday for Election Day. Hansen received more than 14,000 contributions of less than $100 from small donors spread all over the country.

“That’s more volunteers than I’ve had in nine elections,” exclaimed state Sen. Dave Sokola (D), of Hansen’s Election Day workers.

^ Lol.

In a recent story about turmoil within the National Security Council, the New York Times noted Trump's preference for shorter briefing documents, reporting that "while Mr. Obama liked policy option papers that were three to six single-spaced pages, council staff members are now being told to keep papers to a single page, with lots of graphics and maps."

This actually scares me. Recently, either Homeland Security, or DOD was pissed because they are forced to give briefings to selected staff, as opposed to POTUS.

That sounds like fake news. Why do you peddle that stuff? You're only making Trump's point.

Because if they stick a new bow on it won't be hard to get the majority of brain dead dems to just grab at 'shiny and new' and follow them over the cliff. They don't pay attention. They gravitate towards whatever is easy to scream and march about, loot, and break things. If celebrities didn't tell them, they would be perfectly ignorant.

Ensuring Republicans are always at fault and fulfilling their own personal agendas come before the rest of fellow Americans and certainly before their wants and needs.

Dems hate guns, but the stark reality is they are ready to kill over losing so horribly.

 If you haven't read trump making comments about briefing papers etc., you're just not paying attention. Btw, that "fake news" meme is getting tiresome. Obviously trump doesn't mind fake news when it comes from the likes of Alex Jones.

In an interview that aired on Sunday, Fox News’ Chris Wallace asked the Republican about his disinterest in receiving classified information from U.S. intelligence agencies. “Well, I get it when I need it,” Trump replied. He added:
“I don’t have to be told – you know, I’m, like, a smart person. I don’t have to be told the same thing and the same words every single day for the next eight years. It could be eight years – but eight years. I don’t need that.

“But I do say if something should change, let us know. Now, in the meantime, my generals are great, are being briefed. Mike Pence is being briefed, who is, by the way, one of my very good decisions. He’s terrific. And they’re being briefed. And I’m being briefed also.

“But if they’re going to come in and tell me the exact same thing that they told me, you know, that doesn’t change necessarily. There might be times where it might change. I mean, there will be some very fluid situations. I’ll be there not every day but more than that.

“But I don’t need to be told, Chris, the same thing every day, every morning, same words. ‘Sir, nothing has changed. Let’s go over it again.’ I don’t need that.”

And

Trump said reading long documents is a waste of time because he absorbs the gist of an issue very quickly. “I’m a very efficient guy,” he said. “Now, I could also do it verbally, which is fine. I’d always rather have — I want it short. There’s no reason to do hundreds of pages because I know exactly what it is.”
