SCOTUS just advanced a lawsuit to nullify 2016 election

I saw this yesterday, I was very surprised they are going to conference this case.

I doubt it will go much further, but it is very interesting.

It is only interesting if you're a retard on steroids suffering from a massive case of TDS.

Yes, we know all about the little bullshit word game you rightards keep trying to play regarding this issue.

But for the one millionth time I will reiterate yet again.

Nobody is claiming the actual voting machines or ballot count were hacked or altered, so please stop using that to deflect.

The issue here is whether or not the Trump campaign colluded with the Russian govt or any groups working for the Russian govt, for the purpose of negatively influencing public opinion against Clinton and helping Trump get more votes while taking votes away from Clinton.

It's so simple that even the dumbest right-wing yard ape should be able to grasp it.

Hopefully you won't need to have it explained to you again.

:rofl2: This is ONLY an issue with leftist retards suffering from a massive case of TDS. :rofl2:

Morons like you claiming others are retarded given the repugnant,y stupid lunac you erupt with is the definition of irony.

Moron.

The post I was responding to implied that because no voting machines were hacked and no votes were physically altered, that means there was no cyber meddling by Russia.

I pointed out EXACTLY WHAT YOU JUST POSTED you fucking NUMBSKULL.

If you're too damned slow to keep up with the conversation, then stay the F**K out of it, sonny BOY.
Okay young man, obviously you face certain challenges so I will type slowly.
You said: "The issue here is whether or not the Trump campaign colluded with the Russian govt or any groups working for the Russian govt, for the purpose of negatively influencing public opinion against Clinton and helping Trump get more votes while taking votes away from Clinton."(BTW, that argument has been labeled BS by the FBI)
I said: "That's not the basis of their argument though.
"Diane Blumstein, Nancy Goodman, and Donna Soodalter-Toman argue in the case, that Russia cyber invaded America and that our Intelligence Community’s reports in October and January, along with the FBI’s public statements prove that our Executive Branch concluded a foreign invader influenced the 2016 elections."
What YOU said is your own personal windmill, Don Quixote, and you should get your mom and dad to file a lawsuit for you if it is interfering with your nap time(you DO seem a bit cranky!).
On the other hand, I was trying to point out that what YOU said was NOT what the lawsuit was based upon. It was based upon their belief that Russia cyber invaded America and They cited the actions of Austria and Ukraine who held revotes after unfairly held elections as legal precedents. Not a word about the Trump campaign colluding with the Russian govt. Again, just so we're clear the lawsuit claims that for all practical purposes, Russia invaded America and because of that, the results of the 2016 election should be declared null and void(or for you, "WAHHHH! NO FAIR!!! WE WANT A DO-OVER!!!!)

And do you really want to casually toss around the term "yard ape"? I went to the Urban Dictionary because I knew what it meant, and I wanted to copy and paste it rather than type it out. Out of 5 pages of definitions for "Yard ape", the one I provided was the #1 definition, and out of those 30 definitions, 15 of them referred negatively to race, so at least consider your audience before using it. And fuck you very much for making me type all this shit out anyway:fu::fu::fu::fu::fu::fu:
Liberal simpletons are probably a leading cause of carpal tunnel syndrome among conservatives. See how I used "simpleton" there? Two pages in the Urban Dictionary, 14 definitions and not ONE refers to race!! One actually refers to republicans! You and I could even agree on that one, because an awful lot of establishment republicans are indeed simpletons!

Trust me, negative public opinion related to Hillary Clinton didn't need anyone's help. She did enough herself to turn the public against her. What you're proposing are excuses because YOUR BITCH LOST.

The only way this turkey would ever get off the ground would be if it can be proven Russia hacked *the actual election*. In other words, the actual vote count.

With that off the table, all that's left is speculation that Russia might have influenced voters.

Impossible to prove.

OK, first of all if he did , what is illegal about it?

Secondly, if proven to be true, what can we do to thank the russians ?

I think the court might be looking at this as an intellectual exercise until they get the Windows 10 version of solitaire on their computers. There's some big hurdles to clear in this case. First, let's talk about exactly WHAT was "cyber invaded". To the best of my knowledge, HRC's PRIVATE, ILLEGAL server, Podesta's PRIVATE, badly secured email, and the DNC, which is a non-governmental entity. There was an ATTEMPT to get into the RNC's junk, but they got out in front of it an locked it down. So as far as I know, nothing sovereign to the U.S. was "cyber invaded". Now if this thing goes through, when Trump is elected(again), the first thing he should do is fetch Bradley Manning from whatever Vegas female impersonator show he's in, and revoke his pardon, because he DEFINITELY took official, classified information from U.S. government sources and distributed it. Same goes for those leftover deep state IC fucks betraying their oaths.
Lock them up!!! They're jeopardizing natl. security.

Funny you mention this. It's one of the main points of the lawsuit, the DNC server was on federal land(so is the RNC server), so therefore, we were "invaded". Which is BS because national security was never threatened. I know you're butthurt and embarrassed, but take heart, the RNC servers were probably crammed full of schemes to make sure Trump was never elected, but we probably will never know
