There's one blue congressional district in my state of the seven total. It is the only one that has a built in guarantee to get a Democrat elected since it's 60% black. It's also the only one where food stamp usage is more than 1 in 5 of the residents.
Who the fuck wants them?

We don't want the one blue district in my state that is the poorest and the biggest food stamp user, by far, of any of the districts in the state. Let's see. 1 blue district and 6 red districts. Blue one is the ONLY one that is, not only, majority black but uses food stamps at a rate of greater than 1 in 5. Wish we could get rid of them but they had to be appeased with a gerrymandered district to guarantee something that they couldn't do without it.
