China goes on the initial offense warning Trump about a trade war and climate change

Trump takes the call from the President of Taiwan breaking 4 decades of US presidents ignoring them due to China's wishes. This president is their first female one and is a progressive dem if it matters.

China says it is a prank from taiwan and files a diplomatic protest in the US.

LOL. They backed down pretty fast :)

Trump was also able to do something that not even reagan could do.

China did not hold a loaded gun to President Elect Trump's head, and demand a conversation, or not.
I credit the Trump-meister for the faux pas.
 
It's the 1 China policy..China routinely throws a snit-fit when the Dalai Lama visits other countries;
as China accuses him of insurrection in Tibet (this after China brutally annexes Tibet)..

They are a bunch of cry-babies while at the same time building islands (expanding territorial claims) in the South China Sea etc.

Did China ask us if it was OK to devalue their currency (making it hard for our companies to compete), heavily tax our products going into..

their country (the U.S. doesn't tax them) or to build a massive military complex in the middle of the South China Sea? I don't think so!

it changes a lot :) it shows that we will stand up to them after years of obama so no more stupid stuff in the pacific. Its basically a reset.

All those other presidents look like idiots for not even bothering to take a call to support taiwan as well since apperently there is 0 consequences :)

I've made prank calls as a kid..how do you prank a POTUS? like this?

Taiwan: "Hi this is the ONE CHINA calling to congratulate your win"
USA: "How do I know this is the ONE CHINA calling and not a #2 China calling? pretending to be ONE CHINA?"
Taiwan: * Starts giggling and hangs up real quick so the USA doesn't think it was really them calling Trump*
