Which Clinton settled out-of-court? Bill, for his harassment charges, or Hillary for her treason issues? And I was talking to what Ralph posted. I don't give a fuck what you posted.

And? Both Bill and Hillary were being investigated for CRIMES against the STATE. One was impeached for lying under oath (a felony crime)....while BOTH are still being investigated for crimes in their pay to play fake charity grift....not civil issues. Can any of you brilliant leftists spell?

They were not wrong....just mistaking once they made up the legal definition of winning an election in this Republic....just like they make the new definition of law along this thread.... EVERYONE KNOWS that a civil proceeding is just as bad or worse than someone being investigated under the RICO ACT....after all MONEY is involved in both cases That's all that's required for equality. The left measures everything by MONEY and their desire to possess it, use it, and require the redistribution of it by OTHER PEOPLE....other than themselves.

Maybe Trump is saying that he won't pursue an investigation into Hillary's e-mails, for two reasons:

1 - After being sworn in, there may very well be a new head of the FBI
and
2 - Too make sure that Obama doesn't pardon her, just before he leaves the White House.

As I stated before.....The president of this republic does not vindictively purse their political foes with the power of the bully pulpit, this is not some left wing/right wing dictatorship. If the FBI is still investigating the Clinton's in any capacity..the election will have little effect other than new leadership appointments. It does not matter if someone (either Obama or Trump) attempts to pardon the Clintons. The pardon will not or cannot effect future investigations of any ongoing criminal activities, the pardon only covers PAST actions. As of right now the Clintons have made no movement whatsoever to reform the current practices of the Clinton foundation.

Crimes do not rest on the merits of any executive decisions....if a crime is committed or suspected of being committed any honest DOJ will pursue the investigation of that crime to the finish. Either the Clintons will be charged or they will not due to insufficient evidence....as a crime must be proven beyond a reason of doubt...unlike a civil action where compensatory restitution is sought. There is no settling a crime unless immunity is granted for turning states evidence...in order to get the bigger fish under the RICO ACT. There is no middle ground either there is enough evidence to indict or there is no charges brought....just like the supposed lack of evidence in the e-mail scandal.

A president can pardon someone of a crime...before there is an official indictment. As precedent the Supreme court case of "Ex Parte Garland" is sighted from 1866. Thus.....the Clintons could not be subject to prosecution or punishment for past crimes...even void of any charges or indictments. But this pardon will not or cannot stop future investigation if an ongoing crime is suspected. No one should see anything when a politician says something with a wink in his eye....even one with no experience as a politician....as this guy has surrounded himself with some of the greatest legal minds on this planet. One can plea bargain..but there will be some type of punitive action taken in a criminal case.
