Trump is not pursuing the email investigation, however the FBI is still investigating the Clinton Foundation, and Trump did not mention that. Also nothing Trump said can not be changed if new info comes to light.

She is absolutely a crook.

Trump isn't president yet. So how can there already be a special prosecutor?

Right now there are demonstrations and massive protests, he's trying to bring the nation together...and he may not want to tip his hand too much lest she just be given a blanket pardon.

As far as I am aware, the clinton foundation is still under investigation. Perhaps we should actually try waiting and seeing.

If he tries to jail her, he's bad. If he doesn't do anything, he's bad. That's the rules of the game you are playing. You put him into a spot where he can't win by your standards.

I'm glad he decided not to pursue it, and give him credit for that. It's the smart move.

But he never should have made such hay about it during the campaign. With this, Obamacare, the wall, the Muslim ban, NAFTA and now even global warming, he is setting a new record for "oh, that was just campaign stuff" retreats.
