You're right; but it would mean that Obama would have to think Hi-LIAR-y IS GUILTY and then he can only pardon her for Federal Crimes.

Articles of impeachment were indeed voted on by the house. You might want to read up on your history.

I looked it up and Damo is correct; but he can't pardon her for the crime of Treason and that's still a possibility.
Presidents can pardon not only for convictions, but any possible crimes they may have committed; and nobody can reverse it. Bill Clinton did this as a clear quid-pro-quo for all his cronies, with no repercussions so it seems likely that Obama will do the same, since it requires no approval or cause.
It appears that the Supreme Court has already decided, back in 1866, that people can be pardoned for crimes they may be charged with in the future.
Gerald Ford's pardon of Richard Nixon after Nixon's resignation was issued even though Nixon had not been charged with a crime (and resigned under the threat of impeachment).
The question would be then - could Barack Obama pardon Hillary Clinton (presumably for her handling of classified emails), and would he pardon her? I believe the answer to could he pardon Hillary is absolutely yes, regardless of whether or not she is charged.
If it happens though; it will probably destroy the liberal party and any creditability they may have left, for years.

You can. And no, the Congress had not voted on it. It passed committee but had not been brought to a vote to the full Congress. Again, his pardon covered any and all crimes committed before the signature, that covered the time of Watergate and made it so they could not prosecute after his resignation.

Wrong. It was voted on by the Judiciary committee, but not by the Congress. It simply hadn't happened. He was asked to resign before the vote by the Republicans of Congress.

You people have to THINK before you erupt; how can one be "pardoned" if not charged??? Good lord, this isn't rocket science here.
He was not. The only vote happened in the Judiciary Committee, that is not what it takes for Impeachment. The vote was going to come up before Congress, but the Rs in Congress came to the President warning him that Impeachment was imminent and asking him to resign so it didn't happen. He resigned, then was pre-pardoned by Ford before any charges could be brought after the resignation.
Please study history, and the Constitution. Both are applicable here.
