He was speaking directly to the question and the questioner. He did not entice illegal aliens to, or suggest that they should, vote; or that they can.

I would be willing to bet quite a lot of money that you didn't watch the entire interview, didn't see the whole thing in context, and are still speaking from the same place of ignorance that you always do.
