I just got back from closing up a yard sale, and stuck her Shrillness Highness on TV.

I swear this is what she said " as Sec of State I traveled extensively and stood up for human rights and woman's rights"

No mention of Libya. No mention of the Russian reset, no mention of arming up the Syrian rebels - though of course she's
still warhawing the "no fly " in Syria. These are normative Sec. duties, and she messed them all up.

Making foreign policy on human rights was bogus under Carter, and a disaster under Obama.

The woman has no redeeming features + she is corrupt grifter..That's one hell of a resume' !

Comparing her resume to that of Donald Trump is no real comparison at all.

Do you really believe that Trump cares about human rights and women rights?

her resume is war, and policy failures. And don't forget about her "pay to play" (corruption), and imperious disregard
for law and FOIA with her Emails.
Libya; i'm sure we both still agree about her US advocacy of the W.House's NSC and international
organization - along with pressing for Qaddafi as a "military target" -is the reason Libya is now a failed terrorist state.

Women's right's can be accomplished in many ways, but both those and human rights are not the drivers behind US foreign policy.
That has to be realpolitik like every world leader uses as metrics in decisions.

Human rights can be piggybacked where possible but not with China , or Russia or much of the middle east -
but again it's not how an effective leader makes policy.

We agree on Libya .. but I'm not sure how you expect Trump to be any better on war or anything else when he has no clue how to run a government. No clue.

There is NO question whatsoever that Clinton would be far better on human and women's rights. They aren't just an afterthought.

the only thing trump cares about is going down in the history books as one of the greatest presidents ever. All about ego for him. That it requires him to actually do very well for the US is just a happy coincidence for us. :)

Trumps soul is a egomaniac. He will only be validated once everyone claims he is the best.

I don't know how much you've studied Trump- his is "transactional" foreign policy.
I'm not crazy abut it, but it's at least based on the principle of America First.

Not sure what makes you think advancing human and women's rights are not advancing US interests. They most certainly do .. just as the Civil Rights Era advanced US interests. The role of president is protecting the American people from within and without.

If you can't see the danger and lunacy of electing a president that doesn't have a clue how to run the government .. nor has the temperament for it .. not sure what to tell you my friend. That's crazy.

Temperment is a valid argument, as is warhawking/corruption/usurping of the Constitution by HRClinton ( and Dem's in general)..

What you describe ( human/woman's rights) are ancillary interests - if they piggy back on to policy decisions great-
but they are not reason for policy in themselves.
The fact that Clinton is only able to point to such - while completely screwing up her duties otherwise indicts her campaign.

If he can run a multi-million business he can run the gov. at least as well as a community organizer or a failed scandal ridden Sec. of State....

I fear the known rather than the unknown.

I'm for Trump for the same reason I was for sanders.
Temporal policies come and go-but the entrenched special interests ruling thru the corrupted establishment live on en perpetuity.
Trump isn't my first choice -but as the saying goes "history makes the man". I'd rather have had Sanders,
but i'll take ANYBODY THAT WANTS TO BLOW UP ESTABLISHMENT POLITICS.

It's one reason "pay for play" was so accommodating to Big Donors. They are used to flushing large sums of cash thru politicians
in order to be heard/serve their interests. Clinton is nothing but pure establishment.

I would point you to the numerous advisory institutions in the W.House.

NSC / CIA / DNI /Joint Chiefs/ Chief of Staff. They can all help guide Trump ( any any POTUS).
It's "governing for dummies" -just point to where you want to make a decision,and the WH will go that way, and so will government.
It doesn't take a policy wonk to run the White House -it does take someone who can see the big picture.

I have no illusions about Hillary Clinton. Absolutely none. I know exactly what she is. That being said, there are only two real choices .. and contrary to what you've said, Donald Trump is not an unknown. He's a man-child with privileges.

He's a guy obsessed by social media and will flip of any manner of just ungodly ignorance without ever stopping by his brain to find out if that's a good idea. Case in point ..

consider that the other side wants to increase illegal immigration. Those are people who compete directly with blacks for jobs. Their existence also means its higher to effectively get higher wages as employers can always switch to illegals. according to sanders blacks had a 50% youth unemployment.

Its like anything else once you give your complete loyalty to a party ( in this case giving them nearly 100% of your vote) they take you for granted in search of newer votes.

Want democrats to pay attention to you more? Dont give them 90-100% of your vote.

you can look at it from your perspective as a black man. I don't really know that perspective; i respect your views as such.

But i'm looking at this as a political revolution -again the same as sanders with his excoriating Clinton for her secret Wall St speeches
( she actually said Wall St is best able to regulate itself!) -that is pandering to the plutocrats!
It surpasses any narrow demographics. It's about enabling the 1%'rs or curtailing them. I'm sure you get this as a socialist.

The far right is much the same as the far left - and that's my narrow perspective as a fence sitting moderate.
They are both fascists -the far left does it thru government powers (usuping Constitutional rule)
