I want to see the democrats take back the senate, especially if Hillary wins and more so, if by an act of satan Trump wins! I aslo hope the dems can win back the house too!

i find when a case gets to trial both lawyers have already lost. The winners in my eyes are those who settle fast :)

Sometimes that is true, and I do settle over 80% of my cases. But sometimes the other side wont budge and you have to go. When I have tried cases I have generally beat the offer by a lot.

depends on the goal......I average ten cases a week.....the goal is to either get the tenant to resume paying rent or have him removed from the property......In my line the winner is the one who gets the judge to sign the ten day order of eviction the fastest......

No they found that she emailed classified material over an unsecure non-DOS server (felony), that she lied to the FBI that she could not recall 46 times (felony), that she perjured herself before Congress when she said she had handed over everything (felony), and that she had obstructed justice by destroying evidence through bleach bit and a hammer (felony).
