"Who is in charge of the Trump swift boat project?"

If you're fat, you're fat.....accept it if its true....I get shamed for being a smoker every day of the week....

She should think of it like I do....people only trying to keep me from hurting myself....whether its fat or cigarettes, doing drugs, etc.....

She looks great now and she should thank everyone that got on her case for overeating and gaining unhealthy fat.....

She wasn't "fat" and she did not deserve a public shaming. And if someone put you on national TV and shamed you for smoking, I missed it.

It's just hilarious that the fat and ugly orange one thinks he's the arbiter of women's beauty. He only got away with this because of his self-proclaimed billions.

This is big noise about nothing...the winner has obligations to fulfill....her goodies include

  • a year-long salary as Miss Universe;
  • luxury accommodations in a New York City apartment for the duration of her reign, including living expenses;
  • a one-year scholarship from the New York Film Academy; plus a load of other things....
If she was 15 or 20 lbs. heavier, she would not have won the contest in the first place, therefor it is incumbent on her to be the person that won...and she has
many many other obligations to remain Miss whatever....
Trump didn't pick her, judges did and to claim he thinks he's the arbiter of women's beauty is just nonsense, a lie, (unless you mean to judge of a women's beauty as ALL MEN DO)
He got away with nothing.....if she wanted to complain, it was her prerogative....its a free country.

the anti-secrecy website WikiLeaks posted on Monday an email exchange that shows top Hillary Clinton campaign staffers discussing a “swift boat project” aimed at Donald Trump.

“I know you can’t look past Bernie and March primaries — but who is in charge of the Trump swift boat project?
Needs to be ready, funded and unleashed when we decide — not a half assed scramble,”
one of the campaign’s consultants, Joel Johnson, purportedly wrote to Clinton’s communications director, Jen Palmieri, in February of this year.

“Gee. Thanks, Joel. We thought we could half-ass it,” Palmieri purportedly replied, sarcastically.

to be clear...you're criticizing the most prepared candidate since Obama, for being prepared?

Trump started out of the gate by denigrating women. That was easy pickins for any opposing candidate.

And...how DARE you refer to this as swift boating. That might be the most idiotic illustration of your blind hatred to date.

If the dirty had done this they would praise him for having such a "smart brain"... She does it & she is a ******** ****** ******

FAT is relative...........get over it.....she should thank him for saving her crown.

You are flat-out wrong and Trump is a big fat orange liar. Deal with it.

Here's Carrie Prejean's contract with NO weight clause. http://www.foxnews.com/projects/pdf/Carrie_Prejean's_official_state_contract.pdf

Here are the requirements for entering with NO reference to weight. http://www.missuniverse.com/missusa/competition/index

...Trump campaign spokesperson Katrina Pierson, who said on The Kelly File on Tuesday: “We are talking about beauty pageants. These individuals who participate in these contests have a weight clause in their contract.” But according to various pageant experts — and the state pageant contract for 2009 Miss Universe Carrie Prejeanthere is no such weight clause.

“[The contracts] do not say that,” Shanna Moakler, Miss USA 1994 and current executive director of Miss Nevada USA, tells Yahoo Beauty. (Miss USA is part of the Miss Universe pageant system.) Moakler believes that Trump “was completely inappropriate” in his behavior and that Machado “was not upholding her image.” Nevertheless, she says, the contracts did and do not address issues of body size.

“They are all pretty much the same,” she says. “There is a morality clause to uphold a proper image (nudity, drinking, drugs) but nothing about weight gain.

Pageant coach Valerie Hayes concurs, telling Yahoo Beauty, “No, pageants do not typically include any type of clause about maintaining their ‘winning’ look. They can cut their hair — [Miss America 2016] Betty Cantrell cut her hair after her win, went through most of her year with a chin-length bob, and got hair extensions to crown her successor — change their hair color, gain/lose weight, or even get a tattoo. There are no known clauses prohibiting changing their ‘look.’”

A Miss Universe spokesperson did not respond to a request from Yahoo Beauty — nor did the Trump campaign — regarding the specifics of the pageant contracts.

But Prejean’s 11-page Miss California contract (again, part of the Miss Universe pageant system), which appears in PDF format on the Fox News website with a 2008 signature, makes not a single mention of weight.

You're talking about a different pageant, a different women, and a different contract....
Its pretty plain that this contract doesn't have to spell out every little scenario or action, or standard that could be deemed unacceptable, including weight loss or gain....
even though it does specify some like drugs, marriage, etc....

Section 1, b spells it out.....

I understand and agree that you shall determine, in your sole judgement, the contestants for the State Pageant in accordance with the standards prescribed by Miss Universe from time to time. I understand the you have no obligation to determine that I serve as a contestant, even if I meet all eligibility requirements and any lawful selection criteria you may establish.
I further understand and agree that you will determine all eligibility issues......etc.
(although I understand they you alone, and not Miss Universe, will be applying such standards...)

4. I agree:
If I am selected to participate in the State Pageant, to
follow and obey all of your rules, instructions, directions and requirements, as they may be changed, modified or amended by you at any time.....

If you sign a contract like that, you've become somewhat a slave with little or nothing to say about anything concerning
the pageant or its requirements or standards, imo.....yet they all do....its amazing something so restricting and surrendering of your rights is even legal....

If you can cite some winner's contract that mentions weight, I'll take a look. Funny that a blank copy of it can't be located using google. Or that the dirty didn't post Machado's contract so we could all see how she breached a weight clause.

The contract don't mention a lot of issues that could jeopardize your continuing as Miss Anything......she could go bald or, or, or..............get fat.....
like it states, it up someone's sole discretion.......

Trump could and should have handled it better, I agree....but she did keep her crown....

They probably didn't have such a clause because they assumed that the winners would have enough professional pride to not have to spell it out specifically. Many professions have clauses in their contracts regarding fitness etc, would you want a fat fireman to carry you out of a burning building?

The reason I worry about your mental state, is because you rush here with leaked information, and then present it as if this isn't the way our bogus political system has been working for all of our lives.

So you peep into private communications, as if Trump's private communications are not exactly the same.
Or worse, but it's why Trump doesn't do emails, he wants nothing in print, but I imagine the ones between Kelly & Co are very interesting!

There is no such contractual issue
