The grand irony here is that he was wearing a Fidel Castro shirt who has the polar opposite view on desiring "fighting for justice for people, to try to stop oppression". This guy is clueless and uneducated.

People attend or watch sporting events to get away from all the daily grind, troubles, politics of everyday life.
 
And some people who live in warmer climates have tons of things to do besides watching idiots making millions making political statements during the nation's anthem.

Except for my Steelers, I have stopped watching the NFL in protest. I don't watch the Monday or Thursday night games. Kaepernick isn't the only reason, but he is the final straw
 
Apples and oranges.
Keep all behavior unrelated to their job of playing football for paying customers and sponsors outside the stadium. Then, let the public, the media and/or the law be the judge.

Pretty dang simple job requirement here...play ball.

I still don't see why people had a problem w/ Kaep's protest. He's not disrespecting the military.

A lot of people who don't like what he's doing don't seem to have an issue with Trump constantly talking the country down, saying we rig our elections and not committing to honoring the results of a democratic vote.

I like to hunt. Hate Nascar and don't drink. But I love football. I watch almost every NFL game if it is even remotely interesting. I root for San Francisco to lose every week as well...at least if they aren't playing the Patriots. But then that's how I've rolled since Joe Montana left.

I love football. I watch from 1 to midnight on Sundays. Some people tell me that's a waste of time, but I don't care. I love this season.

Not too many teams that I actually want to lose these days, but the Patriots are one of those. Can't stand that team. Cowboys, too (sorry).....
