Yet people are being charged all over the place....

A Democratic state legislator from east Arkansas, his father and two campaign workers pleaded guilty Wednesday to conspiracy to commit election fraud after federal prosecutors said the lawmaker’s campaign bribed absentee voters and destroyed ballots in a special election last year.

Prosecutors in South Bend, Ind., filed charges Monday against four St. Joseph County Democratic officials and deputies as part of a multiple-felony case involving the alleged forging of Democratic presidential primary petitions in the 2008 election, which put then-candidates Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on the Indiana ballot.

November 1, 2011 – 8 were arrested for absentee voter fraud in Madison County, Florida.

The case began when the Florida’s Division of Elections notified FDLE ad FBI that “an extraordinarily disproportionate amount of absentee votes,” had been cast in the District 1 school board race. The eight suspects were arrested on November 1, 2011.

Before I post the names of those arrested for voting more than once in an election, they are ALL registered Democrats:

Tina Johnson was arrested on 10 counts of fraud in connection with casting a vote, and two counts of absentee ballots and voting violations.

Johnson Jr. was charged with 11 counts of fraud in connection with casting votes, as well as corruptly influencing voting, and perjury by false written declaration.

Williams was charged with 17 counts of neglect of duty and corrupt practices for allowing the distribution of these absentee ballots.

so many states discriminating against Democrats.......why is it Democrats can't figure out how to get an ID again Desh?.......is it because when you wake up in the morning you can't remember who you are and where you live?......

How many other Republican run states have had voter suppression efforts overturned by the SC?
When Democrats speak about election rigging, they're talking about voter suppression.

When Republicans speak about election rigging, they're yearning for the days when black people were not allowed to vote

I get asked for photo ID, three times before they actually accept my ballot.......but then I'm in Michigan.......many states aren't that progressive......

The issue is with the states that create new ID criteria, without supplying the ID to the voters

States offer free ID, as long as you can drive for over an hour to get it. It's a perfect scenario...they will give you the required ID, but there are one or two offices that process the thousands of requests.

Which is why these laws are knocked down every time they get passed.

How the hell can you have to show ID 3 times? Granted..I'm in a small town. I walk in, most of the time the poll worker knows me...but if they don't I show my license, and I vote.
