"She is a women"
Allegedly.
I'll take your word for it.
"and she is nasty..."
"She" has made some comments about her political opponent (Trump, not Pence) that one could label "nasty". Does that render her "nasty"? Or is it merely that her here to fore unrefuted comments are about a nasty person, Donald Trump?
".sounds like an accurate description rather than a name...."
Study English and logic, it may help to dispel your evident confusion.
"Hillary has called Trump a bully, a racist, thin skinned, a fraud, a liar, etc....
She even calls his supporters names...."
Excellent!
a) Quote her.
b) Refute the quotation.
"You seem to have a very short memory or you're just totally ignorant ... " #26
Oddly, as we age, it is our short term memory that tends to fail.
There are octogenarians that can tell you the name of their first grade teacher, but can't remember what they had for breakfast.
As far as ignorance: I find it's generally the ignorant that state the perfectly obvious, and then pretend there was a justifiable reason for it; when there is clearly not.
"She is a women"
