It is true in the sense that taxes and salaries are EXPENSES and as such, expenses are passed off to consumers in the form of prices.

You claim to own rental properties. You pay property taxes. Do you pay those taxes or do your tenants? Do you pass off the entire cost of your property taxes to your tenants or do you eat into your own profits?

yes that's exactly what you do.. NAFTA is still a problem --it depresses our wages as we compete with Mexican wages.. Ive seen the same thing happen with the US states where they move south away from hostile regs & taxes.

I never once raised the rent for that reason


you only raise the rent when someone moves out and the market bares your asking price
