Maybe. On the other hand, why doesn't she take something for it? Especially given all the speculation over the state of her health, you'd think Hillary or one of her handlers would have seen to it that her allergies were treated before meeting the press.
 
Both candidates should be examined by independent doctors. Or even better, Clinton's doctor should examine Trump and vice versa!

Even if you could somehow corroborate your claim of "constant" coughing with video to back it up, it proves NOTHING.

A persistent cough could be a symptom of a whole host of maladies including lung cancer, throat cancer, oesophageal cancer, tuberculosis, emphysema, COPD, asthma and pneumonia.

Abstract

Chronic cough is defined as a daily cough lasting for more than eight weeks. We report an unusual case of chronic cough as the primary manifestation of obstructive hydrocephalus. Chronic cough in our case was determined to be of neurogenic origin only after exhaustive investigations failed to reveal a systemic cause, and, in particular, after a positive response to treatment of the hydrocephalus was observed. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of hydrocephalus presenting as chronic cough. We believe this case will remind physicians of the importance of considering neurological disease as a cause of chronic cough after common causes are excluded.

Astounding how trained physicians with DECADES of training could only diagnose the ailment after "exhaustive investigations"; yet you, Alex Jones and the other conspiracy nuts can diagnose her condition from a couple short videos.
