If a Minority Judge rules against you!!!

Judge Curiel belongs to the La Raza Lawyers Association, which has pushed many pro illegal immigration policies. The main website even links to the National Council of La Raza. Judge Curiel has even sat on scholarship committees which flaunted the fact that it gave scholarships to illegal immigrants. Judge Curiel has allowed the case to continue for far longer than it should, given the fact that the original plaintiff backed out after evidence came to light that she had given positive reviews, in both written and video form, of Trump University. He allowed the law firm to find a new plaintiff instead of closing the case. Judge Curiel, in an attempt to release documents to the Washington Post, ended up "doxxing" the personal information of many innocent Trump University students, probably thanks to his carelessness and haste. The law firm representing the plaintiff has donated over $600,000 to Hillary Clinton since 2009. This lawfirm was appointed by the judge. Notice also that this is a civil case. Normally only criminal cases survive the plaintiff dropping out. Civil cases usually have to start over with a different plaintiff.

Please provide proof of your claims. :)

Many West Virginians (over 90% of them are white) are dependent on the very government programs that their racist idol thinks should be cut.

A significant proportion of West Virginians are embroiled in the manufacture, distribution and consumption of a stupefying mix of illicit moonshine liquor and homemade drugs.

West Virginians are some of the least-educated people on the planet.

Just look at Hack Hussein's posts for confirmation, lol.

And get this: they say their impoverished, ignorant asshole of a state is "almost heaven".

My aunt and uncle's family own a hotel in Parkersburg, WV. I object to your characterizations of one of the most beautiful states in the union. I have visited most our states, and driving those switch-backed WV mountain roads during the fall colors is spectacular. One of my fondest childhood memories. The rest of your characterization of WV I can't speak to, but I know there are great people, and beautiful parts of the state. Probably not the mountain tops that they blow up for coal mining, I would agree.

The landscape is one thing.

The facts are another.

Personal income growth in West Virginia was only 1.5% – the lowest in the nation – and about half the national average of 2.6%. Overall income growth in West Virginia in the last 30 years has been only 13% (about one-third of the national average of 37%).

United Van Lines 37th Annual Migration Study showed that 60% more people moved out of the state than moved in.

West Virginia's population is expected to decline by more than 19,000 residents by 2030, and West Virginia could lose one of its three seats in the United States House of Representatives. West Virginia is the only state where death rates exceeds birth rates.

Gallup-Healthways annual "State of American Well-Being" rankings reports that 1,261 concerned West Virginians rated themselves as "suffering" in categories such as Quality of Life, Physical Health, and Access to Basic Needs. Overall, West Virginia citizens rated themselves as being more miserable than people in all other states – for 5 years running.

In addition, the Gallup Well-Being Index ranked Charleston, the state capital, and Huntington last and next-to-last out of 189 U.S. Metropolitan Statistical Areas.

The Annie E. Casey Foundation's National Index of Children's Progress ranked West Virginia 43rd in the nation for all kids, and last for white kids. The Annie E. Casey Foundation's KIDS COUNT Data Book also ranked West Virginia's education system 47th in the nation for the second straight year.

Charleston, West Virginia has the worst divorce rate among 100 cities in the nation.

United Health Foundation's "America's Health Rankings" found that Americans are making considerable progress in key health measures. West Virginia, however, ranked either last or second-to-last in 20 categories, including cancer, child immunization, diabetes, disabilities, drug deaths, teeth loss, low birth weight, missed work days due to health, prescription drug overdose, preventable hospitalizations, and senior clinical care.

The National Center for Health Statistics says that national birth rates for teenagers are at historic lows. Teen birth rates fell 17% nationally;. West Virginia, however, ranked last with a 3% increase in birth rates for teenagers.

A study by West Virginia's Marshall University showed that 19% of babies born in the state have evidence of drug or alcohol exposure. This is several times the national rate.

I think there is more than enough prima facie evidence that the judge is biased that the discussion can be had.

Notice also that this is a civil case. Normally only criminal cases survive the plaintiff dropping out. Civil cases usually have to start over with a different plaintiff.

Class action cases almost always survive the main plaintiff dropping out... do your homework!

lol if thats all you have then yes there is a good enough reason to start the discussion that the judge may be biased.

I'm not following you, if the judge made the correct ruling, what bias can you allege?>
