Trump shows the money for Vets

So, just like your terrorism claim, you are right because you say so.

No. I'm right because over half of the disbursements went out the day after the press called him out on it.

Again: do you think that was just a coincidence?

Already answered you, you're just going in circles. You're entitled to your opinion, but your opinion is not fact.

Trump has many flaws, but he has a point here, why bash the guy for doing something good.

The way he did "something good" speaks directly to who he is, and what he's about. He didn't want to face the blistering questions of Megyn Kelly again, so he made a big deal about having a high-publicity event to take attention away from the GOP debate. He didn't really care about raising money - as evidenced by the fact that if the media never called him on it, he wouldn't have even sent the donations out to many of the vets groups.

Most can see right through this. It's obvious.

Too bad he did it, huh.

As if no politician does good things to make themselves look good. You're being hysterical.

it's unfortunate that the left cannot come up with something better to go after Trump on... Seriously? This was their best shot?

You don't think that Dangerous Don's opponents have a schedule of things to attack him with, starting with the smallest and building until November?

I can see what you are saying. One shouldn't proudly proclaim the amount one has collected and expect no questions. However, I saw the list, he did choose good charities. There are some that promote themselves shamelessly and help little. I do much the same. If I am going to give money to veterans I want the veterans to get the money, not for it to be used to promote how "great" they are to the detriment of the actual recipients.

I find it interesting that Dangerous Don claimed he had to review the tax returns of these groups to ensure they were honest. Irony!

I think it's entirely appropriate to recognize and note that this is the ONLY reason he did it - to make himself look good, and even moreso, to draw attention to himself and away from the GOP debate.

That's who he is. It's actually hilarious to get all gaga about it & praise him. Even if he gave the entire $6 million himself, that's like me giving a homeless guy $5.

And again - most of those disbursements would not have been sent if the media didn't call him about it. Trump cares about Trump. He doesn't care about vets (well, maybe the ones who didn't get captured).

Does anyone believe that the rest of that money would really have gone to the Vets had the media not started asking questions?

Your opinion is not fact, no matter how many times you repeat yourself.

Let's see 4.5 million already had, do you really think the other million would not have? You guys are being hysterical.
