Are you saying those things can't be funded without a federal income tax? Why can't the states maintain their highways for example? Why not utilize consumption taxes more effectively to compensate?

His actions could be a constitutional violation if they claims are true. If Kyle told the truth, then there is no constitutional violation. Essentially, he is just bringing a defamation action.

Well but that's why you don't just raise or change taxes you also reduce spending and reduce waste in government. If there was no income tax and people could keep all of the money that they earned themselves through hard work without the governments help or involvement AND you eliminate wasteful programs, reduce the spending we do all over the country and in the world and do some other things then it would work out and everybody would be happier I think. What we shouldn't be doing in my opinion is taking money from people's pay checks and wasting it and spending like its a fun credit card with no responsibility.
