the parent has the RIGHT to raise their children in any recognized religious format that they see fit. If that religion has a prohibition on foreign body and blood products, then so be it. It's not any different than a highly devout christian believing that only prayer can save their child. it's called the RIGHT to religious freedom and the RIGHT to parent/raise their children. the state has zero business involving themselves unless there is actual illegal behavior such as beating the kid with sticks and such. you can call it a decision to 'kill' their children, but that doesn't make it so.

Its exactly the same as the Christian who wants to pray their child to health, you are correct. The child has the right to life- the parents role as guardian does not give him a right to the child's life.

The state is the only haven for a person whose own parent would allow their death for the sake of their religious creed. Your insistence that a mans religion trumps another mans right to liberty is bizzare. A child's age should never be reason to condemn itself. That's just arbitrary nonsense.

the child's Liberty isn't suddenly created at 18. The child's Liberty is their own. You mistake laws of guardianship granted to parents as somehow conveying ownership. Granted the parents guradianship is unique and sancrosanct, in that, they are entrusted by virtue of relation the assumption of making the best choices and decisions for their child- but when they are making bad ones, as in beating, OR denying life saving measures- the child deserves protection.

and you're just arbitrarily wrong. children do not belong to the state, unless you're a liberal. are you a liberal? are you a statist? authoritarian? do you support a dictatorship? empire? monarchy? because you certainly do not support freedom and liberty.

The certificate of live birth is used to create the birth certificate so what's the problem?

"The Certificate of Live Birth is the first unofficial draft of the fact that your mother gave birth to you. Once this information is complete, this Certificate of Live Birth is sent to the Office of Vital Statistics or State Register to create the Official Birth Certificate."
