No. No one here is running for President and Trump is brilliant when it comes to marketing, branding and his message. As he wrote in Art of the Deal you say outrageous things to get attention and you can walk them back later. Trump knows who Duke is. He chose to lie and say he didn't know him.

Where you're off is in thinking Trump is afraid to say something. If that was the case it was a first lol. I think he's up to something sinister like baiting a trap.

I criticize Hillary on here all of the time about being one of the phoniest & most expedient politicians out there. I said the other day that there is no way I'd vote for her.

When people attack Trump his numbers go up. I highly highly doubt Trump didn't call the reporter out because he thought he would be attacked for doing so.

Maybe, just maybe; because everyone wants to get lost in any kind of minutia that they can come up with, instead of focusing on things that just might be more important.
It gets tiring after a while; so it's just easier slinging their own poo back at them.

There are a lot of Republicans speaking out against Trump today and his comments. A number of Republicans claiming they won't vote for him either. Will that hold true come election day remains to be seen.

As many can see though there's a difference between being non P.C. and outright racist and Trump has walked that line at times.
