Is this why Trump is winning thus far?

An interesting read and makes very good points.

I for one can not see how he still even in the race. I thought he would be long gone by now. If you read the article, it mentions how he basically is outside of the PC box, the inner beltway box and is something different and this is what is driving his popularity.

The guy makes so many outlandish comments that would crush any other candidate, yet, he speaks off the cuff, often without a prepared speech and this makes him popular. Too many are bored with the rehearsed speeches that sound virtually the same every time.

I'm still voting for Hillary, she has what it takes to lead this country.

Hillary has only what it takes to promote her political class ass.

Trump remains strong because we have an under represented middle class. They're pissed and Trump has tapped into it.

A vote for Hillary is a stamp of approval on all of her crimes and the rapes and sexual assaults of her husband.

Wow lol.

I pretty much agree with the analysis. Trump is the anti-status quo, anti-politician. It's ironic because in some sense Trump is more revolutionary than the socialist Sanders. The 60's radicals have become the establishment.

It's going to be an interesting election year.

' Anti-status quo ' Americans are enjoying watching the bull in the china shop but I can't believe that they will actually empower it at the critical juncture. It would be utterly disastrous for just about everything that decent Americans hold dear.

We actually agree on something. Anti status quo is fine, it is where we were in 2008 basically. We should have learned from taking it to extremes, but have not. We have one guy in office who pisses on the Constitution, now we move to putting one in office who may just finish the job. How sad is that?

You can pick your disaster between Trump, Hillary and Sanders lol.

I think Trump would be a smorgasbord as president. People would be pissed and pleased in equal measures.

i think people are really pissed off and cynical and they know trump is full of shit but a very large segment of the population has given up and just wants to troll the shit out of everyone else for the next few years.

2008 was the left going anti status quo. 2016 is the rights turn

There are many parallels between Obama and Trump. Unfortunately I think the right is going to get screwed more than the left did.

I enjoyed the Trump "phenomenon" when it first started. I even contemplated supporting him. But as this goes on, I see troubling signs. I am sticking with Cruz and may even have to hold my breath for Rubio. But I will not support Trump.

Only an idiot such as yourself would waste time with a batshit crazy religious fundamentalist.
Fucking maroon.
