Whilst agreeing with you to some extent, you are bang out of order regarding Iran. They have just ordered 118 Airbus planes, with options to buy 300 more, expressing the clear intention to make Tehran an alternative hub to Dubai, Istanbul, Bahrain and Qatar. Iran wants to come back into the international fold, so give them their chance.

Conjecture.....your best guesstimate? you give Iran a lot of leeway just for them buying something they desperately need....aircraft.

Why would they want to buy so many aircraft if they were going to breach the sanctions and risk going back into isolation? They want to be an alternate air hub to Dubai and Istanbul.
